Delivery Schedule and Detail
Please refer to your order and post-purchase email or mobile messages for the most up-to-date information.
During Checkout, you will see the total price, including taxes, shipping and handling charges, in Canadian dollars before you place your order.
Your credit card will be charged when your order is placed. If there are any adjustments to your order or unavailability of the product you ordered, you will see the refund automatically processed to your card.
Your credit card will be charged in Canadian dollars according to the charges displayed during Checkout. Packages shipped to Canadian addresses do not require a signature for delivery.

Title of the purchased products are transferred from Tesoro Beauty to you when your product is shipped. Risk of loss with respect to the products in your order is transferred from Tesoro Beauty to you when your order is delivered.
Business Days
All orders ship Monday - Friday, excluding statutory holidays in Canada.
Parcel Forwarding Services
If you choose to use a parcel forwarding company, Tesoro Beauty will not be liable for any damage, defect, or loss that occurs. Once a parcel forwarding service is used Tesoro Beauty will not offer replacements or refunds for those orders or items which are reported as missing or damaged. Orders requested to be shipped to a parcel forwarding company is placed at your own risk and Tesoro Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen products.
International Shipments
Certain items may be unable to be shipped to the US due to the nature of the items. This will be handled on a case by case basis and we will be in touch with you if this were to occur.
Restricted Hazardous Items
Certain products are considered hazardous materials including aerosols and alcohol-based products these items are restricted and required to be shipped by standard, ground-only transport, due to air transport restrictions and regulations.
Returns Policy
Temporary Extended Returns Policy Due to COVID-19
For purchases made in store on or after February 15, 2020 we will be accepting in store returns of unopened merchandise with a receipt, within 30 days of re-opening.
Any online purchases will now have a 60 day return policy of unopened merchandise with a receipt.

Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your Tesoro Beauty purchase or gift, please review our return, refund, and exchange policies below for tesorobeauty.ca purchases and in-store purchases. Products must be returned in new condition.
Tesoro Beauty will be monitoring return activity by customers for abuse, and if we detect that a client is conducting, what we believe to be, excessive or potentially fraudulent return activity that customer will be notified in writing by Tesoro Beauty notifying them that we will no longer accept any returns from that customer.
All Returns are subject to review and approval by Tesoro Beauty.
Any Loyalty Points earned through purchases will be adjusted when product is refunded.
Tesorobeauty.ca Purchases
Unopened/Unused Tesorobeauty.ca purchases can be returned for free with no return shipping or handling fees.
Unfortunately any shipping or handling costs initially incurred during purchase of the product cannot be refunded unless the return is due to our error.
Please allow up to 3-4 weeks for the refund to reflect with your financial institution. We will be in constant communication with you as we receive the product back, process the return and refund the funds.

Gift Returns
If you are returning a Tesoro Beauty gift that you received by mail and do not want the refund to go to the purchaser, before mailing the return please call 289 233 7137 to change the account information so the credit is processed correctly.
Your refund will be in the form of an online store credit that you can use at any time at tesorobeauty.ca.
Tesoro In-store Purchases
Unopened/Unused products purchased in store can be returned within 30 days with your original receipt for a full refund.
